Any contract that uses words， spoken or written， is a verbal contract.Thus， all oral con- tracts and written contracts are verbal contracts.This is in contrast to a " non-verbal contract" ， also known as "a contract implied by the acts of the parties"， which can be either implied in fact or implied in law. According to the UNCISG article 11， a contract of sale need not necessarily be concluded in or evidenced by writing and is not ject to any other requirement as to form.It may be proved by any means， including witnesses.
