【作者简介】

　　刘容子，女，1960.11出生。现任国家海洋局海洋发展战略研究所海洋经济与科技研究室主任，研究员。长期从事海洋经济、海洋科技研究，主持完成10多项国家级重大项目研究，出版专著多部，发表论文数十篇，多次荣获海洋创新成果奖、中国发展研究奖等奖项。
