【作者简介】

威廉·弗里德里希·黑格尔出生于一个政府公务员家庭。1788年进入图宾根神学院学习。1793年毕业后，先后在伯尔尼和法兰克福当了七年的家庭教师。1800年到耶拿，与谢林共同创办《哲学评论》杂志。次年成为耶拿大学编外讲师，四年之后成为副教授。1807年出版他的第一部著作《精神现象学》。1808至1816年，他在纽伦堡当了八年的中学校长。在此期间完成了《逻辑学》（简称大逻辑）。1816年，他被聘为海德堡大学教授。1817年，出版《哲学全书》（其中的逻辑学部分简称小逻辑），完成了他的哲学体系。1818年开始担任柏林大学教授，1821年出版《法哲学原理》。1829年，黑格尔被任命为柏林大学校长和政府代表，1831年死于霍乱。他在柏林大学的讲稿死后被整理为《哲学史讲演录》、《美学讲演录》和《宗教哲学讲演录》。
