冯学芳，1990年毕业于华中理工大学（现华中科技大学），现任教于华中科技大学外国语学院，任外语教育研究中心主任，副教授，硕士生导师。先后主持和参加国家社科基金项目、湖北省教改基金、华中科技大学自主创新基金和教学改革项目等课题10多项，在外语类核心期刊和正式期刊发表论文30多篇，已出版包括《中国语言文化》《英美影视语言与文化》和《生活万花筒》等编著7部。
