作者简介
张颖，长期从事外交翻译工作，曾任外交部翻译司会议翻译处处长、承担主要国家领导人随身口译工作，完成百万余字重要外交文献译审任务。现任北京第二外国语学院中国公共政策翻译研究院执行院长、高级翻译学院教授，兼任全国人大法律英文译审专家委员会专家、全国翻译专业资格（水平）考试英语专家委员会委员。已出版政治文献类译著六本，获评中国外文局资深翻译、北京市属高校高层次人才、北京市优秀共产党员等称号。雷宁，外交学院英语系副教授，中国外文局翻译专业资格考试命题专家，北京市政府外事办翻译中心外聘译审。曾长期在外交部翻译司从事口笔译工作，担任培训处处长，承担2005年两会总理记者招待会现场口译。2010年至今在外交学院英语系任教，讲授口译、同传、笔译课程，所在教学团队曾荣获北京市高等教育教学成果奖及外交学院优秀教学成果一等奖。
