陈华胜，男，1968年3月出生，历史文化作家，高级编审，资深媒体人，浙江省作家协会会员，杭州市131优秀中青年人才，正高职称；浙江大学 、杭州市委党校、杭州电子科技大学兼职教授；杭州市学习生活促进会副会长。现任杭州日报报业集团杭州网总经理，十九楼网络股份有限公司副董事长。曾出版《一起去看宋朝的活色生香》《大宋王朝的生动面孔》《吃货简史》《宰相撑的什么船》《贵胄——中国人的身份自信从何而来》《一座城市的精神传记》等十余部作品，版权远销日、韩等国和中国港台地区。
