催引产：理论与实践

催引产技术是产科的一项重要基本技能，是产科处理高危妊娠的常用手段之一，也是一把“双刃剑”，规范应用有助于促进自然分娩和降低剖宫产率；但若应用不当，则可能危害母儿健康，导致母体并发症和围产儿并发症，甚至可能诱发子宫破裂、羊水栓塞、失血性休克等并发症。

《催引产：理论与实践》围绕催引产技术的理论基础、实践要点和临床医生关注的问题展开讨论，尤其包括催引产的适应证和禁忌证、时机和方法选择，每项技术的实施步骤和监测要点，高危妊娠催引产过程的管理要点与体会，以及如何落实催引产的安全管理等。除此之外，还有两个特别的章——“案例分析 点评”和“催引产100问”，以生动展现催引产技术应用的成与败，加深产科医务人员对催引产技术的理解，牢固掌握催引产技术，为催引产的顺利实施保驾护航，为母儿安全贡献力量。

Labor induction, an important basic procedure in obstetrics clinical practice, is one of the most common methods used in obstetrics to deal with high-risk pregnancy. In practice, it has pros and cons. Standardized application of labor introduction can help promote natural delivery and reduce the rate of cesarean section. However, if was not applied properly, it would endanger the health of both mother and child, leading to maternal and perinatal complications, even as well as extreme complications such as uterine rupture, amniotic fluid embolism, and hemorrhagic shock.

Labor Induction: Theory and Practice discusses the theoretical bases, practice points of labor induction and concerns from clinicians, including the indications and contraindications, timing and method choice of labor introduction, the implementation and monitoring of each technique, the management and clinical experience of labor induction in high-risk pregnancy, and how to implement the safety management. In addition, two chapters of “Case Analysis Comments” and “100 Questions on Labor Introduction” reveal the success and failure of the application of labor induction, deepen the clinicians’ understanding and build a strong grasp of labor induction technique, which will ensure the successful implementation of this procedure and contribute to the safety of both mother and child.
