作者简介
刘艳萍，法学博士，中国政法大学外语学院教授。英国语言与文学学士，应用语言学硕士，法学第二学士学位，美国天普大学法律硕士，中国政法大学法学博士。全球化时代犯罪与刑法国际论坛秘书处主任、全国译协法律翻译委员会理事。曾任中华人民共和国驻米兰总领馆一秘（2016-2019）。
主要研究方向为：法律英语、法律翻译、普通法法律体系、美国法、刑法等。独著和参著及出版译著33余部；在国内外核心报刊、杂志发表及翻译学术论文60余篇。主编与参编法律英语教材10余部，代表著《法律英语听说教程》、《法律英语读写教程》、《法律硕士英语教程》及研究生英语教程《法律英语》等。
田力男，北京外国语大学语言学与应用语言学硕士，中国政法大学法学博士，第十四届北京市高等学校教学名师，北京市高等学校优秀专业课主讲教师。现任中国政法大学外国语学院教授、副院长。兼任全国译协法律翻译委员会副主任兼秘书长、中国法律外语教学与测试研究会常务理事、中国英汉语比较研究会法律语言学专业委员会常务理事、中国法学会法治文化研究会理事、北京市朝阳区人民法院涉外审判智库专家等。
研究领域包括法律语言、法律翻译、法治文化、法律英语教学。发表学术论文及译文30余篇，主编与参编法律英语类教材6部，主持国社科中华学术外译、国家经典翻译项目、国家智库、省部级及横向项目10余项。
