作者简介 China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, (CIIDS) was founded in May 2010 by famous Chinese theorist and strategist Zheng Bijian who serves as its chairman. It counts the well-known scientist Lu Yongxiang as its honorary advisor, and several famous statesmen, diplomats, strategists, economists, so activists and academicians of CAS and the Chinese Academy of So Sciences among its senior advisors and Academic Committee members. The core mission of CIIDS is to carry out research on major domestic and international strategic issues, and to provide intellectual support and advisory services for national macro-decision-making and government policy-making.
