刘继新，男，1966年5月生，安徽滁州人，硕导，南京航空航天大学民航学院空中交通系副教授，民航局空管局管制英语专家组成员，民航局空管局任中国民航管制员英语等级测试考官及题库专家，ICAO航空英语5级，持有民航情报员执照。毕业于华东师范大学和南京师范大学。主要研究领域：交通运输规划与管理、空管中的人为因素、航空英语、语言与文化等。
