袁洪庚，男，1958年9月生，祖籍河北保定，博士（香港大学），现任兰州大学外国语学院教授兼院长。袁洪庚于
1982年获文学士学位（兰州大学外语系英语语言文学专业）、1986年获文学硕士学位（兰州大学外语系英语语言
文学专业、英美文学翻译方向），2000年获博士学位（香港大学比较文学系）。
