作者简介
魏长庚，出生于河南商丘睢县，1996—2000年在大连海事大学学习。获得航海技术专业学士学位，国家英语六级考试证书，资深远洋船长证书。16年海上船舶航行经验，7条船远洋船长资历。一直热爱海商法（重点是英国海商法）的学习，在业余时间通读了杨良宜先生1994年之后出版的30多本著作。目前，自己致力于海商法的翻译工作。
