卜友红，上海师范大学外国语学院教授。中国英语教学研究会语音专业委员会常务理事、副秘书长，上海市精品课程、上海市高校优质在线课程《英语语音》负责人。主要从事英语语音学及英语教育研究，是外英语语音界的英语标准发音（RP）的中国杰出代表之一。主持国家社科一项、省市级科研项目五项，校级教研项目十二项。2018年获得上海市教学成果一等奖；2016年获得全国教育硕士教学管理工作者；2012年荣获上海市育才奖。在《外语教学与研究》、《外语电化教学》、《电化教育研究》、《教育展望》等核心学术期刊上发表有关语音学文章30余篇；出版著作7部。
