为满足相关专业职业教育的迫切需求,我们组织新能源汽车一线培训专家、维修技师、职
教专家及职业院校资深教师,联合编写了这套高职高专新能源汽车专业“十三五”创新教材。
本书以北汽新能源、比亚迪汽车及其他国内外典型新能源汽车车型为主,从内部原理、
结构解析了主流新能源汽车的共性和差异,从而让读者更加深刻地理解新能源汽车。《新能源
汽车维护与故障诊断》包括五个项目。
项目一:新能源汽车维护,介绍新能源汽车新车使用方法,车主日常维护与定期保养方
法,使学生能够认识纯电动汽车与混合动力汽车在检查与维护方面的要求与注意事项。
项目二:新能源汽车故障诊断技术,介绍新能源汽车警告灯识别与故障原因分析,以及
新能源汽车故障诊断流程,使学生能够进行纯电动汽车与混合动力汽车的故障警告灯识别,
识别故障现象,读取数据流,对新能源汽车故障有一个完整的诊断流程分析。
项目三:纯电动汽车故障诊断与排除,以比亚迪汽车为主,按照纯电动汽车不同的系统,
详细地介绍了纯电动汽车的故障诊断与排险方法,使读者能够认识纯电动汽车主要系统的不
同工作机理、故障形成原因、故障特点、数据流反映的基本情况,以及基本的诊断流程,从
而使读者掌握纯电动汽车故障判断思路及排除方法。
项目四:混合动力汽车故障诊断与排除,介绍混合动力汽车的各个主要系统内在工作原
理、诊断逻辑,使读者能够依据故障现象、数据流等,掌握混合动力汽车主要系统故障的诊
断流程、故障判断思路,熟悉混合动力汽车的故障排除方法。
项目五:燃料电池汽车故障诊断与排除。
本书配有视频操作二维码、教学课件,书中尽量采用实物照片,图文并茂,形式生动活
泼,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣。本书适合中高职新能源汽车专业及汽车相关专业的学生使
用,同时还可供汽车销售顾问、汽车售后服务顾问、汽车维修技师、汽车保险理赔员等阅读
参考。
