内容摘要
随着人口的增加以及城镇化、工业化进程的不断加快，农业用地人均面积减少以及细碎化程度增加不仅影响了农业经营规模，而且影响了土地产权的不稳定和不安全。近年来，中国在通过土地整理实现农业生产效率的提高等土地可持续利用管理领域取得了较大成效，这为发展中国家提供土地整理实现粮食安全提供了宝贵经验。
