作者简介
1988年,党中央、国务院正式批准实施旨在发展中国高新技术产业的指导性计划--火炬计划。1989年10月,科技部火炬高技术产业开发中心正式成立,负责火炬计划的具体实施,是隶属于科技部的独立事业法人单位。2006年5月,科技部对原“科学技术部火炬高技术产业开发中心”、“科学技术部科技型中小企业技术创新基金管理中心”、“中国技术市场管理促进中心”进行了合并重组,组建了新的“科学技术部火炬高技术产业开发中心”。

《2022年全国科技成果统计年度报告》由科技成果总量、科技成果分类、科技成果区域分布、应用技术成果转化应用情况、科技成果完成单位及完成人,以及附录共6个部分构成。本报告重点对应用技术成果的资金支持方式和完成主体类型进行了分析。资金支持方式方面,分别对财政资金和非财政资金支持的应用技术成果的转化方式、转移途径、转化收入、应用效果、奖励和报酬情况、政府支持情况及本单位转化政策支持情况进行了分析;完成主体类型方面,分别对大专院校和独立科研机构、企业的应用技术成果应用状态、转化方式、转移转化效益及技术转让与许可收入进行了分析。本报告力争从不同角度展示2022年度全国登记科技成果的特征和趋势,反映我国大专院校、独立科研机构、企业及其科研人员的科技创新成绩,以及科技成果转化应用情况,为科技管理决策提供支撑服务。
