内容摘要
 Thepurposeofthisexperimentalstudywastoexaminetheeffectsofthedynamicmotivationalmodeloncollegestudents'motivationtowardEnglishasaforeignlanguage,students'languagelearning,andtheacademicachievementsofstudentsofthehigh,mediumandlowEnglishlevelsinaheterogeneousclass.Lastingonesemester,thequasi-experimentalteachingprogrambeganfromSeptember,2020andextendedtoJanuary,2021.Theparticipantsinvolvedinthisstudyconsistedof142non-EnglishmajorsfromaprovincialkeyuniversityinChina.Theexperimentalgroupincluded72participants,whoweretreatedwiththedynamicmotivationalteachingmodel,andthecontrolgroupcontained73participants,whoweretaughtwiththetraditionalteachingmethod.Bothquantitativeandqualitativemethodswereemployedinthisresearchtoachievemethodologicaltriangulation.Thequantitativestudycontainedmotivationalquestionnaires,twooraltestsandtwowrittentests,andthequalitativedataincludedstudents'twiceself-reports.DescriptiveAnalysis,IndependentSamplesTestandPairedSamplesTestwereutilizedtomakebetween-andwithin-groupcomparisonandseeifthereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwogroups.
