　　LuigiNovelli,BorninRome,Italy.GraduatedfromtheUniversityofRomeNo.I"LaSapienza"in1987.RegisteredintheArchitectAssociationofRome.Since1985hehadworkedinItaly：mainlyinRomeandcentralItaly（Abruzzo,SardiniaandNaples）.Duringtheearly1990s,heworkedinAlbania.Hehasengagedinnewdesign,redevelopment,restorations,maintenanceworks,supervisionofconstructionandinteriordesign.
　　Since1997hehasworkedinShanghaiandBeijing.HeworkedforfouryearsinaTaiwanesearchitecturefirminShanghai.Since2003hehasworkedinanItalianarchitecturefirmbasedinShanghai（projectsinChinamainland,Mongolia,Vietnam,Kazakhstan）.
　　Hehasworkedonprojectsfornewbuildings,urbanplanningandinteriordesign.Hehaspublishedthebooks：-ShanghaiArchitecturebetweenChinaandtheWestDedaloPublishingHouse,Rome1999-ShanghaiArchitectureGttide100Years/100BuildingsBaijiaPublishingHouse,Shanghai2001-Shan。ghaiArchitectureGttide（twoeditions）-ShanghaiResidentialBuildings-ShanghaiReligiousBuildingsHaiwenAudio-VisualPublishing,Shanghai2003.
