【作者简介】

　　高玉美，副教授，资深律师，精通英语，擅长国际贸易、国际投资和海事海商等涉外法律事务。主要著述：《浅议跟单信用证制度的改革》、《化解公司僵局》、《法律英语术语》、《海事英语阅读》（国际公约）、《欧盟的法律人格和缔约能力》(Concludingan Agreemen twith the EU)等。主持过多项科研课题。

　　王刚，资深律师，高级合伙人，兼职教授，擅长金融投资、房地产等领域法律事务。主要著述：《法律基础》、《网络著作权保护》、《论判例的准司法功能》等。
