不管各国文化间的差异有多么大，对美食的追求都是相同的。不但要吃得好，还要吃得尽兴，美食、美酒、美器、美景、美人、美好的祝福、美妙的才情，一道道皆可入馔。美食的终极之汇，就是宴。宴，是一场以美食为名的欢乐聚会，吃的是美味，享的是环境，尝的是热情，品的是心境。一场欢宴，总让人在美食之外有所期待，是惊才绝艳的体验，是潮流脉动的点触，是文化风情的品鉴，是杯盏交错的游戏，是多元信息的交换，是情感的尽兴交流。一场美丽的宴遇总是让人充满期待。就像奔赴一场浪漫的约会，认识你生命中重要的那个人；就像翻开一本好书，从此种下观念的新芽；就像哥伦布航海发现了一个新大陆；就像众里寻它千百度，蓦然回首，它却在灯火阑珊处那一刻的惊喜。一场美妙的宴遇总能在记忆中留下美好的体验与记忆。在时间的荒漠里，在茫茫的人海里，在那个梦幻般的环境下，遇见了你所要遇见的人，美好的人生拉开了新的序幕。这就是设计师把餐厅设计得如造梦场一般的终极目标。宴遇，遇上人生中美妙的就餐环境，鉴赏想象力、浪漫情怀、舒适感觉、能触动就餐者情绪的空间环境设计。

3》分为东方美境、西方盛宴、现代食尚三部分，收录全球*餐饮空间设计新作近８０个作品进行编汇。

　　本书中“东方美境”以东方文化为核心，以现代设计手法塑造完美意境，从中国的青花、水墨、禅意、盛唐、丽江、金沙文化到日本和风文化各有擅长。

　　“西方盛宴”报导世界各地具有地域文化特质的新型空间设计，从欧式空间、好莱坞风格到阿拉伯风情彰显动人魅力。

　　“现代食尚”重在空间造型的设计、当代科技的应用、当代艺术元素的置入，以及现代多元化文明碰击下，在餐厅空间中呈现的时尚风貌。

　　Materials: Stained Glass, Glass Mosaic, SilverFoil优秀的商业设计，首先需要考虑设计作品所处的商业环境、文化环境以及所面对的潜在消费人群，老房子元年食府?青花元年会馆位于武汉市武昌区汉街，虽开业不久，但是已经成为当地极受欢迎的城市新贵“悠客”生活地之一。
　　“悠客”，指的是都市中这样一种人：他们在一段时间内，主动从高速运转的职业状态中暂停或减缓下来，远离紧张忙碌的上班生活，把更多的时间留给自己——给自己放一个大假，或者尝试一个梦想已久的全新开始……他们不再是工作的机器，他们想自主地控制生活的节奏，缓慢而悠闲的生活着，简单而快乐。他们的这种状态又被称为“新退休主义”。
　　汉街附近有演艺剧场、室内电影文化公园、杜莎夫人蜡像馆、书城、艺术画廊等配套设施，区域内文化、艺术气息浓厚，交通便利，四通八达。设计师基于对汉街商圈远景兴盛繁华的想象，灵感穿越时空来到了创绘“清明上河图”的北宋，思索着如何将传统的民风民俗融入现代生活空间，在记忆和传承远古文明的同时，又不忘掉现代人的餐饮休闲理念。
　　老房子青花元年会馆以中国青花元素为主题，在功能分区设计上集“琴、棋、书、画、诗、酒、茶”等文化、餐饮、休闲功能于一体，精心全面构想城市新贵“悠客”生活，其静逸奢适的氛围与美食艺术的完美融合，呈现了一种完美的“悠客”生活场景。
　　青色大方、明快，白色素净、优雅，青花元年在艺术装饰和表现上继承和发扬了中国绘画的水墨意境和手法，设计上通过青、白两种纯粹与交融的运用，在淡浓、虚实、形神间，灵动地再现了国粹青花的脱俗与惊艳。
　　餐区间非常谨慎地使用构筑技巧及表面材料，不论是造型的吊灯、青花纹的壁纸、细致华贵的丝绒，还是大面积玻璃体、马赛克的运用，空间光影的交叠采撷，它们之间均被巧妙重组或相互对应，使景观餐区回归了一种自由放飞的天青色自然风，通过一个个“青”、“净”的城市小品，为不同心性的城市新贵建造一个属于自身的避风港。
　　空间中大量运用玻璃，只蓝、白两色，整个空间简洁大方，不断加强观者对空间主题的理解。沙发、台灯、靠枕也都呼应“青白”色调，共同营造出纯粹、纯净的青花意韵，让人处处感受到典雅考究的新贵生活理念。
　　由白至蓝的渐变马赛克地板上，设计纯白色的餐位，精致的镂空木椅方方正正，圆形桌简洁大方，颇有几分“天圆地方”的思辨。Acommercial design, if outstanding, needs to take into account theenvironment of business and culture as well as potential consumers.The project of space, though in the market for not a long life, hasbeen developing into a place popular with the newly-enriched peoplefor people of You Off.
　　The people of You Off, refers to such a group of people, who canrelieve them from the occupational status of high-speed operationand slow down to be away from work life, to have more time forthemselves, or to have a new trial, or make a new preparation. Theyare no longer running like a working machine, but independentlycontrol the pace of life to enjoy a slow and leisurely life, simpleand happy. New retirement a working state like this iscalled.
　　The location of this project enjoys convenient transportation andsupporting facilities of theater, indoor film cultural park, MadameTussauds, bookstore and art gallery. The imagination of theprosperous vision of the shopping district, and the inspiration ofRiverside Scene at Qingming Festival, lead to an integration oftraditional folk customs into the modern living space, and thedream of modern dining and leisure is still pursued.
　　A project this space is to have taken blue and white porcelain asits theme. Sections clearly functioned integrates into one theculture of piano, chess, calligraphy, painting, poetry, wine, teaand so on to make an elaborate comprehension of live that thepeople of You off live, where the luxury but in tranquil and peacebrings forward a perfect life scene exclusive to the upstart.
　　A design this space involving images of and approaches to Chineseink and wash painting in art decoration and expression. The purityof white and blue and interspersed to reproduce a refined andstunning quintessence of blue-white elements in colors light andheavy, and forms false or true.
　　In the dining area, structural techniques and surface materialsare used cautiously and carefully. Whether individual items likechandelier, green-blue-patterned wallpaper, delicate and luxuriousvelvet, or larges areas of glass and mosaic, are reorganized andcorrespond with each other. Scene each has flying a natural wind tooverspread blue-white elements. Objects all together make a refugefor people to find shelter.
　　The extensive use of glass blue and white makes the space simpleand generous, and constantly strengthens the viewer's understandingof the space theme. The hue of sofas, lamps and pillows echoes withthe tone blue and white to create purity of blue-white image,allowing for experiencing the elegant and sophisticated lifephilosophy of the upstart.
　　The mosaic floor varies from white to blue. Out of the purelywhite seating, the square hollowed-out wooden chairs and the rounddining tables, is the concept that the heaven is round while theland is square.
