【作者简介】

该书作者宇德海，1962年生，博士，高级工程师。本科于大连理工大学理学院毕业，后在浙江大学攻读硕士研究生。1991年至1993年任河南省登封县副县长。1999年至2002年在北京大学攻读博士，先后任国家经贸委研究中心新产业研究部部长、国务院国资委研究中心新产业研究部部长、中证资产管理有限公司执行总裁等。
