1982年2月毕业于新疆大学(原新疆工学院)工业电气自动化专业;管理科学与工程教授、计算机工程高级工程师;
1995年-现在授教于广东财经大学(原广东商学院),教授课程:电子商务概论、电子商务案例分析、网络金融学、电子支付与电子银行、电子商务物流、电子商务安全、会展电子商务、酒店电子商务管理、计算机导论、计算机基础、计算机多媒体技术、商贸信息系统与EDI等课程;
