Chemical dynamics is a eld in which scientists study the rates and mechanisms of chemical reactions. It also involves the study of how energy is transferred among molecules as they undergo collisions in gas-phase or condensed-phase environments. The text Chemical Dynamics provides a uniform and consistent approach to diversi ed problems encountered in the study of dynamical processes. First chapter focuses on atomic scale dynamics of a solid state chemical reaction which is directly determined by annular dark- eld electron microscopy. Second chapter deals with the e ect of thermal radiation and chemical reaction on magneto-hydrodynamic convective mass transfer ow of an unsteady viscous incompressible eclectically conducting uid past a semi-in nite vertical permeable plate embedded in a porous medium in slip ow regime. Third chapter demonstrates the complementary information that can be obtained through graph theoretical analysis of the intermolecular H-bond networks relative to standard analyses of molecular simulation data. Fourth chapter deals with a theoretical investigation of gas transport properties in a pure and modi ed PEBAX block copolymer membrane with N-ethyl-o/p-toluene sulfonamide (KET) as additive molecules. In fth chapter, we use the combined approach of neutron scattering experiments and MD simulations for the investigation of a PVAMA hydrogel with low content of poly(methacrylate), hereafter named PVAMA1. In sixth chapter, we use uorescence and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy together with MD simulations to investigate the interaction between GA and LYS. The results of experimental and simulation works on the nanotribological behavior of carbon lms and fundamental mechanisms of friction and lubricity at the nano-scale have been reviewed in seventh chapter. Eighth chapter outlines the current state-of-the-art on biological and chemical processes that can produce and consume N2O and NO—an important precursor of N2O in many biological pathways. Conservation equations for chemical elements in uids with chemical reactions have been presented in ninth chapter. In tenth chapter, we analyze the e ects of thermal radiation and chemical reaction on the steady 2 dimensional stagnation point ow of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting uid over a stretching surface, with suction and heat generation. The attribution of ozone changes to dynamical and chemical processes in CCMs and CTMs has been proposed in eleventh chapter. A survey of new methods for production of some radionuclides, at laboratory scale, through secondary reactions in nuclear reactors has been focused in twelfth chapter. In thirteenth chapter, we study the oxidation of 2-(N-acetylamine)- 2-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-pro- pionic acid by oxygen. The utilization of plastic waste by chemical recycling method has been studied in fourteenth chapter. The objective of fteenth chapter is to explore quantitatively, the dependence of immunity on vitamin-D and investigate its possible role in reducing the risk of auto-immune diseases and fatal infections. Sixteenth chapter discusses how chemical memory reactions induce bursting dynamics in gene expression. The mechanism of chemical activation of Nrf2 has been introduced in last chapter.
