作者简介
    靳诺，中国人民大学党委书记、教授、博士生导师。中国人民大学新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究院理事长、国家发展与战略研究院理事长；兼任教育部高等学校马克思主义理论类专业教学指导委员会、高等学校思想政治理论课教学指导委员会主任委员，全国高校马克思主义理论学科研究会会长。主要研究领域为马克思主义理论、思想政治教育、高等教育管理等。主持国家社会科学基金重大项目“当代马克思主义基本问题研究”“高校领域哲学社会科学成果评价体系和奖励制度研究”，教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目“哲学社会科学学术话语体系创新研究。等数十项国家和省部级重点科研项目；在《求是》《人民日报》《光明日报》等报刊上发表重要理论文章100余篇；编著有《优选治理的中国担当》、“‘治国理政新理念新思想新战略’研究丛书”（十卷本）等数十部著作。
