作者简介
杨奉霆，男，1947年2月8日生于安徽省霍山县，1968年12月毕业于安徽农学院，中学高级教师，在省市报刊发表文章40多篇，编著双语人生三部曲《学习篇》、《工作篇》和《生活篇》。2006年12月13日其《手型ABC》作品获安徽省版权登记。1991－2008年任安徽省黟县政协副主席、黄山市政协常委等职。
