博士,毕业于香港理工大学,现为中南财经政法大学工商管理学院副教授,硕士生导师,管理学会(Academy of Management)会员,工业和组织心理学协会(SIOP)会员,中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)会员,国家自然科学基金项目主持人。主要研究领域为组织行为学,在职场中人际互动以及员工创新等方面的研究做出了突出的贡献,并将相关成果发表在在国际权威期刊应用心理学杂志(Journal of Applied Psychology)以及组织行为学杂志(Journal of Organizational Behavior)。
