John Howkins
John Howkins is a renowned British economist and father of thecreative Economy.
he is a partner in The Creativity Group, deputy chairman of theBritish Screen Advisory Council, and the UK representative of theTransatlantic Dialogue on Broadcasting and the Information Society(TADOBATIS) which brings together leading US and European policymakers. Among his books are Understanding Television, Four GlobalScenarios for Communication and The Creative Economy.
