杨泽伟，法学博士，武汉大学“珞珈特聘教授”、三峡大学特聘教授、武汉大学靠前法研究所和中国边界与海洋研究院博士生导师、中国“国家领土主权与海洋权益协同创新中心海洋权益的保障与拓展研究创新团队”负责人、国家社科基金重大招标项目首席专家和教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目首席专家，曾入选教育部“新世纪很好人才”支持计划，获霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师基金资助，总主编“新能源法律与政策研究丛书”，独著有《靠前法析论》(第三版)、《靠前法史论》(第二版)和《主权论》等。
