【作者简介】

魏一明，男，1958年9月生，河南洛阳人。大学学历，历史学学士，中共党员。现任河南省社会科学院党委书记，《中原文化研究》杂志社主编。1982年7月毕业于郑州大学历史系。2007年1月任河南省人大常委会副秘书长、机关党组成员（2000年7月任副厅级）。曾任《河南文史资料》副主编、河南省政协教科文卫体委员会副主任、河南省商丘市委常委、河南省人大常委会副秘书长。2014年4月起任河南省社会科学院党委书记。主编《中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究文集》《平安河南建设研究》等。。张占仓，男，1958年生，河南偃师市人，博士。河南省社会科学院院长、研究员、博士生导师，河南省很好专家，河南省学术（技术）带头人，国家有突出贡献中青年专家，国务院特殊津贴专家，中国区域经济学会副会长。1982年河南大学地理系毕业。1993年任河南省科学院地理研究所所长。1992年破格晋升副研究员。1995年破格晋升研究员。1999年任中国地理学会常务理事。2000年任河南省科学院副院长、党委委员。2000年开始担任河南省青年联合会副主席。2002年担任河南省科协常委。2005年9月被授予国务院特殊津贴。2007年12月获得华中科技大学管理学博士学位。2010年任河南省博士后创新团队管理学学科主任。2011年任中国科协第八次全国代表大会代表。2012年被聘为博士生导师。2013年12月9日当选为河南省科协第八届委员会副主席。2015年8月30日任河南省社会科学院院长、党委副书记。主要从事经济地理学研究，主要研究方向为区域规划与发展战略。先后荣获河南省科技进步成果二等奖10余项，三等奖多项，发表学术论文130余篇，作为主编、副主编撰写著作20余部。
