作者简介
吴杨，汉族，生于黑龙江省哈尔滨市。2009年获得哈尔滨工业大学管理学博士，2012年清华大学博士后出站，现任北京理工大学人文与社会科学学院副教授、硕士生导师。主要研究领域为教育政策、科技创新。在《教育研究》《公共管理学报》《经济日报》等报刊上发表学术论文二十余篇，并多次被《新华文摘》《中国社会科学文摘》《中国人民大学书报资料中心》全文转载。近年来出版专著2部。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、中国博士后科学基金特别资助1项、中国博士后科学基金一等资助1项、国家社科基金重大项目子课题1项。
