Deconstruction It is originated in French,and its founder is French philosopher Jacques Derrida.Inhis oDinion,all the other traditional translation studies are made on the assumption:thereexists reDroduction of source language in target language.But deconstruction is based onthe assumption that there is no kernel or deep structure or invariant O±comparison,nothing that we may ever discern一1et alone represent,translate,or found a theory on·So he bases his theory on non—identity, non—presence,unrepresentablilty.It resistssvstems of categorization that separate“source”text from“target”text or“language”from“meaning,”denies the existence of underlying forms independent of language.Intranslation,what is visible is language referring not to things, but to language itself.Thus the chain of signification is one of infinite regress--the translated text becomes atranslation of another earlier translation… Its central concept is diffrance(分延/异),indicating no total equivalence betweensource text and target text.Translation is of different versions in different times;in thisway he emphasized the important role of the translator.
