赵永乐,先后担任中央人才工作协调小组特聘专家,中国人才研究会副会长,水利部人力资源研究院副院长,人社部CETTIC面试考官专家委员会副主任委员,江苏省人大常委会立法咨询专家,中国(南京)人才发展研究中心常务副主任,国家首批人才理论研究基地(河海大学)首席专家,河海大学人力资源研究中心主任、教授、博士生导师。曾受聘60余家企业担任管理顾问,出版著作60余部,发表文章300余篇,承担重量和省部级课题59项,承担政府部门和企*单位咨询项目近70项,获得全国性和省部级一等奖8项、二三等奖28项。
