内容提要 Industrial relations in China are undergoing profound changes.These changes were set in motion by reforms which ended centralisedcontrol of employment and wage fing, reintroduced labour marketsand made negotiations on labour contracts and wages extremelyone-sided. Trade unions, which had no responsibility for collectivebargaining under the socialist command economy, are now beingchallenged under the new dispensation to act as representatives ofthe workers under market conditions, while continuing to be underthe tutelage of the party. 目录
