【作者简介】

赵建玲，女，1983年4月出生于山东昌乐。清华大学硕士，山东大学博士。现任山东师范大学公共管理学院讲师，全国民政政策理论研究基地主任。主要研究方向为社会治理与社会保障。主持国家社科青年项目1项，教育部产学合作协同育人项目2项；出版专著1部，合译1部；在国内外学术期刊发表论文10余篇。
