【作者简介】

WilliamP．Fox曾任教于美国西点军校，现为美国海军研究生院教授，是美国中学生数学建模竞赛组委会主任。
StevenB．Horton美国西点军校教授。
MauriceD．Weir美国海军研究生院荣誉退休教授，曾任该校副教务长。
