本书是“‘一带一路’建设与全球治理国际研讨会”的集体智慧结晶，博采了诸位重量级与会嘉宾对“一带一路”倡议的研究和观点，包括斯洛文尼亚前总统达尼洛?图尔克，埃及前总理伊萨姆?沙拉夫，吉尔吉斯斯坦前总理卓奥马尔特?奥托尔巴耶夫等外国政要和国内知名学者。本书为国际新规则的制定和新制度安排做出了应有的努力，其成果将在全球治理领域中发挥重要的作用，助力世界经济逐步走出低增长的泥沼，为新型全球治理体系的未来开辟出前进之路。

王利明，男，1960年生，湖北仙桃人，新中国*位民法学博士（师从著名民法学者佟柔先生），中国人民大学常务副校长、“新世纪百千万人才工程”*人选，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。中国人民大学重阳金融研究院（人大重阳）成立于2013 年1 月19 日，是重阳投资董事长裘国根先生向母校捐赠并设立教育基金运营的主要资助项目。作为中国特色新型智库，人大重阳聘请了全球数十位前政要、银行家、知名学者为高级研究员，旨在关注现实、建言国家、服务人民。目前，人大重阳下设7个部门、运营管理3个中心（生态金融研究中心、全球治理研究中心、中美人文交流研究中心）。近年来，人大重阳在金融发展、全球治理、大国关系、宏观政策等研究领域在国内外均具有较高认可度。
