【作者简介】

乔尔·格拉斯曼，密歇根大学政治学博士，美国密苏-圣路易斯大学协理教务处长，国际研究与计划办公室主任，南京-圣路易斯姐妹城市委员会（1912—2012）董事长。专业研究领域为国际比较政治和中国政治，已出版的著作大多为关于中国的教育政治研究成果。 

Dr.Masato Kimura，日本Shibusawa Eiichi纪念基金高级研究主管，领导基金的学院研究事务，并负责开发。

赵曙明，有名人力资源管理学专家。1977年毕业于南京大学英语专业。自1991年在美国完成博士后研究回国后，他是最早将西方人力资源管理理论引进到中国，并将西方人力资源理论与中国实践相结合的学者之一，使中国人力资源管理与企业跨国经营方向的研究跻身世界优选水平行列。2006年5月，被美国Seton Hill大学授予“人文科学――工商管理荣誉博士学位”，在亚洲赵曙明是专享的一位。
