　　跨文化交际学始于美国，随着经济全球化时代的到来，不同文化背景的人们之间交流日益频繁，人们提升自身跨文化交流能力的需要日显突出。《跨文化交流与沟通》综合国内外专家多年研究成果，对跨文化交流与沟通进行了系统论述。《跨文化交流与沟通》共分十二章，分别论述了学习跨文化交流的重要意义、交流与文化、文化观念、文化偏见、语言与文化、非语言交流、社会交往、人际关系、跨文化环境、跨文化能力、跨文化适应以及跨文化训练。目的为帮助学生和读者在跨文化交流与沟通中掌握相应的技巧及提高相应的能力。

【作者简介】

　　吴玉伦，男，汉族，1957年生，山东省蓬莱市人，中共党员，现为沈阳师范大学国际商学院党总支书记，教授，硕士生导师。主要研究方向为英语教育、美国社会文化、西方礼仪及跨文化交流研究等。1982年1月毕业于沈阳师范学院外语系英语语言文学专业，同年留校任教。1996年5）q获美国宾夕法尼亚州布鲁姆斯堡大学英语教育专业硕士学位。1994年评为副教授，1999年晋升为教授。先后出版了《美国社会文化》、《西方礼仪与文化》、《国际商务文化指南》、《跨文化管理》等多部著作，主持省级课题6项，在国内外刊物上公开发表论文20多篇。
