　　高速铁路作为一种安全可靠、快捷舒适、运载量大、低碳环保的运输方式，已经成为世界交通业发展的主流交通方式，领人类走向新时代。现今，中国已建成和运营着世界上规模大的高铁运输体系，但是国人对于高速铁路的认知远远落后于高速铁路的发展速度，仍有一些问题困扰着国人，仍有一些有关高铁的基本知识有待被了解被传播。高铁史话丛书的出版旨在让国人体会自己国家高速铁路的传奇风暴，并给全世界人们提供熟悉世界高速铁路体系及其他们之间相互联系的途径。

【作者简介】

　　胡启洲，主要从事高速铁路、交通运输工程、不确定性数学理论研究。近年来承担了30多项科研项目，其中：主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、中国博士后基金项目1项、国家铁路局研究项目1项、国家统计局科学研究项目1项、河南省重点科技攻关项目1项、江苏省地方标准项目1项、江苏省高层次人才项目1项，参加了国家863项目2项、国家科技支撑计划项目4项、省部级项目多项。在国内外重要学术刊物和国际会议上发表论文了0多篇，出版专著6部、教材2部，获发明专利10多项、软件著作权3项，获省部级奖励2项。其博士学位论文被评为江苏省优秀博士学位论文和东南大学优秀博士学位论文。
