作者简介

何家弘，美国西北大学法学博士（SJD），中国人民大学法学院教授、博士研究生导师（证据学、侦查学方向）、证据学研究所所长；曾应邀在香港城市大学法学院担任客座教授，在法国艾克斯-马赛大学法学院做访问学者，在我国台湾地区东吴大学法学院讲授“刑事证据法”，并在高人民检察院（挂职）担任渎职侵权检察厅副厅长；1999年入选北京市“优秀中青年法学家”，2003年被国家授予“留学回国人员成就奖”，2004年获得“宝钢优秀教师奖”，2005年被评为“中国人民大学十大教学标兵”；业余时间从事文学创作，为中国作家协会会员，已出版小说五部，其中四部被译成法文、一部被译成意大利文出版，第部英文版小说也即将问世，并有一部小说于2007年被英国《卫报》推荐为“亚洲十大犯罪（推理）小说”；热衷于法学普及工作，主编《法学家茶座》，曾经在中央电视台“社会与法”频道（第12频道）担任“周末论法”节目的“嘉宾主持人”；代表著作为《何家弘作品集·法学文萃系列》五种：《从应然到实然——证据法学探究》、《从相似到同一——犯罪侦查研究》、《从它山到本土——刑事司法考究》、《从观察到思考——外国要案评析》、《从通俗到深奥——法治文化杂论》，《何家弘作品集·犯罪悬疑小说系列》五种：《人生情渊——双血型人》、《人生黑洞——股市幕后的罪恶》、《人生误区——龙眼石之谜》、《人生怪圈——神秘的古画》、《人生狭路——黑蝙蝠·白蝙蝠》。
