This is a very good cookbook and I purchased it as a replacement for one that is falling apart from all the use over the years. I particularly like the fact that most of the recipes are illustrated, and have tried out many of them. A book I would recommend to anyone who wants to learn to cook.

Very pleased with this book. First order was lost in post and Amy's Book Store delivered another one to me. The book has easy to follow recipes which are not costly. This book is for my young Grandaughter as she liked the copy I have had for a few years now. I also purchased the book a few years ago for my Daughter who also liked my copy.
