【作者简介】

　　约瑟夫·奈（Josephs．Nye，Jr．）哈佛大学政治学博士，现任哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院院长、政冶学教授，曾任美国国防部助理部长、美国国家情报委员会主席，著有《权力与相互依赖》（1977年、1989年、2001年，合著）、《注定领导》（1990年）、《理解国际冲突》（2000年）、《美国霸权的悖论》（2002年），主编有重大影响的论文集多部，他提出的“软权力”理论风靡全球。
