【内容简介】

围绕大三通、ECFA及《福建中长期人才发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》等背景，以福建和台湾作为有机整体加以考察，研究两地的人才结构和产业结构，以及结构间的作用规律，探索闽台创新型人才合作实现资源和要素优化配置的途径、方式和特点，揭示闽台创新型人才开发合作发展规律的新层次。主要内容包括闽台创新型人才开发现状分析，闽台创新型人才开发体系构建研究，闽台创新型人才开发合作模式研究，闽台创新型人才培育的协同创新机制与运行机制研究，加强区域内人才合作与区域外人才引进的建议等。

【作者简介】

张向前，字退之，男，1976年6月生，福建仙游人，教授，博士生导师，主要从事人才与宏观经济战略、东方管理等研究。曾获国立华侨大学工学法学双学士、经济学硕士、西安交通大学管理学博士学位，厦门大学教育学博士后出站。现任中共华侨大学党委委员、华侨大学发展规划处处长、华侨大学学科建设办主任、华侨大学人力资源管理研究中心主任。兼任律师、中国软科学研究会理事、政府劳动仲裁委员会委员、福建省青联委员、泉州市青联副主席等职。主持中国亚太经合组织合作基金项目1项、国家“十三五”科学和技术发展规划前期研究重大课题1项、国家社会科学基金项目3项、省部级科研项目30余项，出版《人才战略与中华经济研究》等专著24部，发表论文100余篇，SCI\EI检索40余篇。获国家人事部授予全国人事人才科研优秀成果一等奖等政府科研成果奖30余项。又获首批全国高校黄大年式教师团队、国家教育部霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖、国际管理学会“杰出人力资源管理奖”、福建省优秀青年社会科学专家、福建青年五四奖章等荣誉称号。
