【作者简介】
苏日塔拉图,蒙古族,中央民族大学群体与体测教研室主任。中国老年保健医学研究会健康管理服务委员会副会长,中国健康管理协会运动健康管理专业委员会常务委员,北京市大学生体育协会学生体质研究会科研部主任,中国民族医药协会副会长,日本体育学会会员。主要研究方向为运动与健康促进、老年痴呆及其跌倒预防、儿童青少年成长发育与运动能力提高等。先后主持和参加了多项国家级、省部级科研项目。在国内外学术期刊发表论文10余篇。2019—2021年连续三年被评为北京市普通高校优秀毕业论文指导教师。
