【作者简介】

恰白·次旦平措（1922～2013.08.15），男，西藏日喀则地区拉孜县人，出身贵族家庭，藏族著名历史学家，西藏自治区第六届人民代表大会常务委员会副主任，第三、四届西藏自治区政协常委，第七、八、九届全国政协委员。
