商品描述: The European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) of 26 May 2000 has been in force since February 2008. This version has been prepared on the basis of amendments applicable as from 1 January 2019. The Regulations annexed to the ADN contain provisions concerning dangerous substances and articles, their carriage in packages and in bulk on board inland navigation vessels or tank vessels, as well as provisions concerning the construction and operation of such vessels. They also address requirements and procedures for inspections, the issue of certificates of approval, recognition of classification societies, monitoring, and training and examination of experts.
2000年5月26日订立的欧洲内陆水道国际运输危险货物协定自2008年2月起生效。本文件乃根据2019年1月1日起适用的修订本拟备。该条例所附的条例载有关于危险物质和物品、包装运输和在内陆航行船只或坦克船上散装运输的规定，以及关于这些船只的建造和操作的规定。它们还涉及检查的要求和程序、批准证书的发放、船级社的认可、监督以及专家的培训和考试。
