作者简介：
魏长庚，出生于河南商丘睢县，1996―2000年在大连海事大学学。获得航海技术专业学士，英语试，资历远洋船长。16年海上船舶航行经验，7条船远洋船长资历。一直热爱海商法（重点是英国海商法）的学，在业余时间通读了杨良宜先生1994年之后出版的30多本著作。目前，自己致力于海商法的翻译工作。
