作者介绍
谢建军,博士,广东出入境检验检疫局检验检疫技术中心食品实验室高级工程师,一直致力于食用农产品蔬菜、水果和茶叶等的农药残留检测、检测方法的建立及其他食品兽药残留、食品添加剂的检测,以及葡萄酒真假鉴别等工作,主持或参加国家自然科学基金、广东省科技厅和广州市科创委等科研项目10多项,获省部级奖励2项,出版专著3部,发表学术论文43篇,主持或参与国家和行业标准制定13项,发明专利4项。翁文川,硕士,高级工程师,广东出入境检验检疫技术中心食品室实验主任,长期从事食品及化妆品安全的检测及相关领域检验方法、技术的研究工作,先后承担和参与近十多项科研项目,发表论文10余篇,主持和参与行业与地方标准制定4项,荣获省部级奖励2项。
