Olivia's unusual knack for attracting adventure has seen her caving in Oman, expedition-racing in Morocco, and trekking mountain ranges from the Himalayas to the Alps. Her veterinary career has seen her chasing cattle in the Outback, darting lions in South Africa, riding camels in central Australia, and working for an Arabian prince in the Middle East. While living in the United Arab Emirates she led a caving expedition, exploratory hikes through remote desert regions, and represented the country in the Eco-Challenge Adventure Race. After 9 years she swapped the desert for the glorious green Alps, hiking her fill before returning to Australia.
