作者简介
【作者简介】：阿瑟·塞西尔·庇古（Arthur Cecil Pigou，1877—1959）是英国有名经济学家，剑桥学派的代表人物之一。庇古毕业于剑桥大学，在有名经济学家马歇尔门下学习经济学，继承了马歇尔的衣钵，致力于诠释和发展马歇尔经济学。1908年，庇古继任了马歇尔在剑桥大学的政治经济学教授席位，直至1943年退休。曾先后兼任英国通货外汇委员会委员、所得税委员会委员及英国科学院院士。退休之后，庇古仍然留在剑桥大学从事学术研究工作直至去世。庇古一生著述颇丰，其中的代表作是《福利经济学》，他也因此被称为“福利经济学之父”。
